Miners pull value from the ground every day. For years, too much of it disappeared between extraction and sale, not because the minerals weren't there, but because there was nowhere credible to take them and get a verified answer.
Dealers guessed at prices. Exporters couldn't find local documentation that international buyers would accept. The gap between what Uganda's minerals were worth and what operators actually received was structural, not incidental.
Maxmetal was built to close that gap. Not by borrowing credibility from foreign certifications, but by building, here in Kampala, an operation with the expertise and accountability to do this work properly. To the standard any buyer, in any market, would accept.
